"We signed on with Pilosoft when our old ISP stopped giving us good support on the mix of server housing and last mile access we need. We got passable support from the previous ISP at first, but this was mostly because our founder was high school buddies with one of their senior techs. When the senior tech's career moved on, $oldisp gradually started treating us like random-asshole again. Things slowly disintegrated until finally we would call them up to ask ``why are no bits flowing? When will they start flowing again?'' and they literally laughed at us and hung up. I don't understand how they can think this kind of behavior is appropriate, which makes me scared to have any relation with them.When we shopped around for another ISP, Pilosoft was the only one able to read and respond to all paragraphs in a multi-paragraph email. They also did this quickly, and without inserting a layer of salesman fantasy. They took us seriously even though we never expressed any prior relationship whatsoever. In the end, our needs left us with no serious options except Pilosoft and compromise. It would be wrong to say we were desperate, but I suppose I just did.
Over the years, the level and kind of Pilosoft's support has scaled smoothly to match the competence on our end. It's hard to describe the Pilosoft support style other than: it saves time, and it keeps in mind always what you are trying to accomplish. It's definitely a breath of fresh air from the wankers, posers, and nerd mafia to which one usually has to pander to get his bits pushed. The next time you feel like you need to move ISP, first I think you should at least talk to Pilosoft."

"As with much of the world nowdays, good service and talent is increasingly hard to find. Most hosting providers idea of "support" is an email that gets answered at 10:00 AM Monday morning after a long weekend of downtime.This is not the case with Pilosoft.

It's the little things that count. They'll customize a machine for you, to your specs but go the extra mile by optimizing the multiple controllers to maximize I/O.
Pilosoft's rates are surprisingly competitive but their combination of infrastructure, professionalism and sheer talent is unparalleled at any price".

"GrafiX Internet B.V. has begun using the VoIP services provided by Pilosoft in July this year for a project incubator we operate under the name of 'FiQ'. Pilosoft provides us with Direct-Inward-Dial (DID) services terminating at an Asterisk VoIP PBX in our facilities in The Netherlands. The service so far has been of excellent quality, the calls made have been crystal clear in quality, and offered no noticeable latency.
